From the Incubator to the Brooder

Hey I'd like to get everyone's opinions on how long hatched chickens should stay in the incubator and when can they be placed in the brooder

They should stay in the incubator until every single chick has hatched and you know anymore aren't going to.

So if all eggs hatch on day 21, then all chicks go to brooder on day 21? My last chick just hatched, should I let her dry off before moving them? All six eggs have hatched, 1 on day 20, the remaining five on day 21(today). When should I move them?

Give them a day or so. Definitely make sure they are all dry before you move them.
