My wife would be laughing her *** off. Modest is NOT one of the words she would EVER ascribe to my personality. The chicken setup might look awesome from afar, but I am among other things a carpenter, realistic and my own worst critic. I started with the small flock of Welsummers, Orpingtons and RIRs since I found that I have more time on my hands since, as one of my grandsons said "now that you're kinda retarded" ....ahem.... I corrected him with "retired".

The forums have been useful as a stepping stone for the various chicken projects.
