I'm going to be honest- I am dreading the thought of doing vasoline every night on my chickens feet to get rid of these leg mites. I have 19 chickens and about half are exhibiting signs of leg mites so I have to treat the whole flock. I have read where people have used regular frontline on the birds themselves to get rid of regular mites. Will the frontline work for the leg mites too? Do I apply it topically to the legs themselves or the bird's skin like is done for the regular mites?
