Frostbite or disease, Please help me distinguish!

Howdy all.....
Please take a look at the following picture of my bantam rooster "Z". He has whitish coloring on his comb with black dots on tips of his comb. One tip is a yellowish green color. I would love it to be frostbite but something keeps telling me to get a second or third opinion! He is acting normal with healthily appetite. What do y'all think? Please any advise or opinions are greatly appreciated! Thanks and many blessings to you and your chickens

This is my other rooster "Flash" who I know has frostbite. Looks normal, right? It's just that "Z's" doesn't look like this, hence the worry!

Looks like frostbite, however it looks like it might be getting infected.

What a beautiful bird! Not sure but I would guess frostbite especially if you know the other one has it, looks like frostbite to me

handle the area with caution..do not squeeze or rub..
you can try applying a light coat of neosporin..by dabbing gently.
(don't use the kind with pain killer)

there is also a vet ointment called Panalog..the generic (cheaper)..is Animax..
it has both an antibiotic and antifungal in the ointment.
sometimes they can have both when they have frostbite.
(note the white and yellow areas)

you can apply a light coating of vaseline on your other roos combs and wattles to help prevent this.
and make sure there is no draft where they roost.
