Frostbite?

Hello, everyone. I have a langshan rooster that got a comb injury from fighting with my other rooster a little over a week ago. I have been keeping it clean and spraying it with MicrocynAH. It looks swollen, and I’m having a hard time telling if it’s just trying to heal or if it’s frostbite. He’s currently in the house, but that’s not going over very well with my family. I don’t want to put him back out and make it worse with the cold temps. I’ve attached a photo of him. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Frostbite or injury-I use Vaseline to cover the wounds or the whole comb and wattles when I see frostbite. It looks like frostbite. Where are you?
