froze eggs

They're edible -- but I don't imagine they will fry well. I hope you like scrambled, or cake!

You can freeze eggs by cracking them into something like an ice cube tray and stirring the yolk into the white first.

I'm not sure. How long have they been frozen? I have read that people freeze eggs for storage, but they either separate them first (whites from yolks) or scramble them and put them in baggies.

What I would do, is let them thaw in the fridge, crack them open and scramble them. Give them a sniff. If they smell ok, fry a little bit and taste it. If its fine, make quiche if you have enough eggs. That's a good way to eat them all at once.

If you've never had quiche before, it's basically just scrambled egg mixture cooked in a pie crust, and it's pretty yummy stuff. We make western omelette quiche all the time. Just mix your eggs with a splash of milk, a bit of shredded cheese, diced cooked ham (or bacon), onions, and peppers. Pour into a pie crust (on bottom only) and bake in the oven until firm all the way through and a little golden brown on top. 350F for about 45 minutes, depending on how many eggs you have. Check with a toothpick for doneness.
