Frozen cracked eggs, are they safe to eat?

Gathered some eggs this morning, which are cracked and semi-frozen. there is chopped straw and some dirt on the shells. are these safe to wash and eat or should i just recycle them??

I'd like to know the answer to this also. Cold spell in upstate NY.

A cracked egg allows all kinds of bacteria to enter. I would not eat it, just to be on the safe side.
