Frozen Eggs Edible?

Hi All. New member here and new to chicken keeping during winter months. Are eggs that freeze ok to eat? Thanks!

Yes. If the egg cracks, it could be contaminated and I would just feed it to the dogs (or chickens).

Coming from north Dakota I know about frozen eggs. I use mine and most of the time the yolk isn't even broken! I toss the cracked ones. I remember as a child, my dad accidentally put a dozen eggs in the freezer. As cheap as he was, he wouldn't have thrown them away, no matter what. They were store bought eggs and I remember all of the yolks were broken. I was surprised that my farm raised eggs all remained in tact. I don't get many frozen ones because I gather often. Good luck,
