Okay so my mom was putting our eggs we collected this morning into the egg cartons in the fridge and noticed that two eggs were split open and.. frozen?(the other eggs in that carton were frozen too, just not split open) I guess they were put too far back in the fridge and got cold.. too cold. The temp. in the fridge is fine.. 37 degrees Fahrenheit. So anyways my mom and I were wondering if, after the eggs thawed out in the fridge (not in the way back) if they were okay to eat? I don't know why not but I just want to be sure if any of you guys have an answer for me? Would it be best to let them go to normal temp. and thaw out in the fridge, or would it be better to put them out on the counter, if so, for how long?
Thanks,

Always thaw in the fridge, or use immediately. They will be just fine. Better if used in baking, or for scrambled.
