this is simple and quick....boil 1/2 cup water and add 1 package of no sugar Jello stir well. Mix well in a bowl with a 750ml. container of low or no-fat yogurt. Put in fridge overnight. I did this as a experiment and it turned out amazing...I will not be buying watery low fat flavoured yogurt again!
