Fryed eggs?

So, we got quail, 4 of them, on a wim and only have chicken starter. They go nuts for it, but it doesnt have enough protien, only 15%. So I was wondering what could I feed them in the mean time to keep their protien up till we get quail feed? I was thinking of scrambling a cracked egg we got from the chickens, would that be enough or should I feed something richer ?

hard boiled eggs, mashed up and also ground up dry catfood. You will have to grind your chicken starter if your quail are chicks.
