FS: NC (Raleigh Area) Silkie Chicks Hatching Today! (Sold!)

I have 6 eggs set under mama due to hatch around June 11th. They are $4 each (Mix of white/buff or black).

I will hold them for the first person who wants them to post here or PM me.

These are PICK UP ONLY! I do not ship live chicks.

I'm going to post picks of my last hatches of our chicks from my hens. If no one claims them before they hatch I will post pics of this hatch.

They should be a hatchin' soon... I heard peeping from the eggs this morning.

We officially have our first hatch!!! It looks to be a Partridge!!! Black mama, buff rooster mix?!

We'll see as she dries off.

So, as you can tell, my dates were way off!!! So they are offically hatching starting the 8th.

Aww... I gotta have another of your silkies. We gave the other to my uncle. He fell for her charm. Hm.... must get a silkie. I'll have to ask mom

Aww... I was going to ask what happened to her!? I had saw any pics of her lately and wondered how she filled out!?

ETA: we have 2 more pips!!! The first is the sweetest thing I've just been holding her and holding her whenever I go to see her and she just loves to cuddle.

I can't wait to see our other colors. I post pics in the morning, I'm sure they'll be more then 1 then.

Looks like we have 1 with a chipmunk stripe, and 2 may be buff... there is one more drying off under mom and it may have a chipmunk strip too. Then there are 2 more with pips!!! I'm so excited!!! This will be a hatch of ALL 6 of my eggs!!!!!

All have hatched and they appear to be 50/50 Buff/Partridge Silkie chicks!

They will be available here for BYC members, but they are also listed on Craigslist and soon to be at my local feed store!
