I have some beautiful young pullets right at point-of-lay, and more started chicks that are even younger. They're all mixtures of different heavy breed layers, and should make good reliable layers of brown, green, or white eggs. Prices range from $10-$20 depending on age and how many you buy at one time.
I also have mixed breed cockerels, very handsome & interesting color patterns, if you need a husband for your hens. And a few purebred RIR roos too.
And some bantams too, pretty colors, the hens should go broody for you. That's where I got all these chicks from in the first place.
