This March we picked up ten 4-day old "pullets" out near Lapeer Co. We realized the next day that two had slightly speckled faces which lasted well into their fourth and fifth week (guess that's what you get for letting a 5y/o pick 'em out). Of the ten, we lost one speckle-face and two of the regular-looking ones. What remain are five fairly uniform hens, one hen with slightly yellower skin around the eyes and legs, and a blessedly quiet roo.

I'm wondering, is the yellowy one (or all of them) mixed? I didn't tag or band them, but I'm assuming she's one of the original speckle-faces. I'm also kinda curious about the whole bunch because they seem especially blue-green, and the roo's wattle looks smaller than most photos I've seen.

My album of them is here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/gallery/album/view/id/6235268

Thoughts??

There very pretty. I know that Jersey Giants have yellow feet and black legs. But I think yours are Australorps. I have BA's that have yellow but are Australorp and they look like your. They probably just aren't good quality. I don't believe they are mixes though because they would look a lot different.
