Full blooded Silverudd (Isbar) ???

I just picked up this rooster from a friend and after thinking he was a Splash Maran, I now think he's an Isbar. My friend doesnt know who the parents are as he has many roosters in the flock. He has hints of gold on his back, green legs, and an extra toe which I believe are Isbar traits. However, I'm curious if the feathers on his legs are Isbar traits. Any suggestions?
