Fully grown goose?

At what age are PRODUCTION Toulouse geese fully grown? My Pear is twelve weeks old and he seems to have all his feathers and a good size, but I imagined him bigger. Is he fully grown?

He will probably grow a little more. Around 5 months they are full size aside from a little more filling out.
