Fungal infection on combs

Hi all! I bought some new birds from a long distance away (by neccessity) and am disappointed to realise 3/4 if not all, have white fungus growth on their combs - and little black spots too. Too hard to return due to distance.
Luckily, they are quarantined. I would like to use a 1 x daily cream ( or weekly?) or oral medication. Has anyone got any suggestions or experience with these? A twice daily thing may stress us both and there's 4 of them. I also work.
Suggestions based on knowledge and/or experience. Also anything to avoid, please? Thank you!

Pictures would help a lot. Favus can cause white chalky skin on the face, comb, wattles and will spread into feathered areas in serious cases. Miconazole/Monistat or clotrimazole creams will treat favus. Sometimes I have seen peck wounds or injuries change color from black to tan, and then turn white as they heal.

Here are some pictures of suspected favus:

Definitely a fungus- not scars. All 4 have a fuzzy white growth on their comb. I can take a photo when I get home but I will buy the antifungal cream now.

Be sure to wear gloves when you treat. Favus is ringworm and humans can contract it from chickens. It is also very contagious between chickens. I have also read that shedding can occur and infect other chickens for a long time. Perhaps once it's cleared it will be OK to integrate them, but it could be risky.

Maybe Eggcessive will know more about integration after treatment...

That would be good if @Eggcessive can let me know because otherwise I won't integrate. I don't need nightmares each day trying to treat the lot constantly
