Funky looking foot

Does anyone have any idea what the heck is wrong with her foot? The pic on the left is her good one, the other pic is the bad one. She is running, walking, and jumping just fine. Appetite is good.

She has Scaly Leg Mites, these are microscopic so you won't be able to see them, but the raised scales are evidence of their presence. These need to be smothered.
Clean the legs, lightly scrub them, then apply some type of oil (vaseline, A+D ointment, castor oil, coconut oil, etc.) to the legs, this will smother the SLM. Repeat the cleaning and application of oil for a few weeks to help get rid of the SLM and heal the scales.

While you are at it, look for lice or mites on the body, those you can see. If you find any, treat her with a Permethrin based poultry spray or dust.
