Funny Looking Egg

When I checked the hen house this AM I found what looked like a medium sized egg covered with wet tissue paper and a sack of egg-white on the outside. It also had a little red "stick" protruding out of the small end. I have no roosters, so this was from a "girl flock". Sorry, but I threw it off the cliff before I thought to take a pic.

Would this have been what's termed a "Fart Egg"?

Could have been a Fart/Wind egg.. Soemtimes some of the enternel lining will come out with an egg.. I wouldnt worry to much about it unless you see another like it .. Then get a pic and we can help figure out whats up..
