I have babies hatching from a blue Orpington roo and blue and black Jersey hens. The babies are (of course) Jersey/Orp. mix, but they are very close in breed.
They are both large fowl, and so far I have one broody hen that has hatched 4 chicks, two blue and 2 splash. I have to say I have never had such fat, healthy, beautiful, chicks in all my hatching days.
I am wondering if anyone would be interested in chicks or eggs?

On eggs, I think they would all be blue or splash, and their is a possibility later on that some of the eggs would be pure Orp.

I'd take some- but you're 4 hours away! I'd like to see how they trun out. Been thinking of crossing a blue orp roo and black ausrtalorp- so results would be pretty similar.

I am in NE GA about 30 min. North of Gainesville and about 30 miles North of Commerce on I-85.
I have about 8 eggs hatching in the near future, I forgot to put the date on them when I pt them under the hen, so i'm not sure, and I have the four babies now.
Even though it is pretty hot, I am getting about 2-3 eggs per day. I would only feel comfortable selling 6+ at a time because I never know when they will cut back even more. If I see that I could do more, I would gladly send them, but for now that is all I want to commit to.
I would also be willing to travel about an hour to meet if that would help.
