Is the biggest decision for these the following:
Game Hens 4 weeks approx 2 - 3 lbs
Fryers 8 weeks approx 4 - 6 lbs
Roasters 12 weeks approx 8 - 10 lbs
If so will a Cornish X make it 12 weeks or do you really have to work on controlling it's diet? And what is the taste difference? Is it really worth raising to 12 weeks and are people really willing to pay $25 - $30 for Roaster?
