Can you be a bit more specific Fil?
Are you asking what to feed gamefowl?
What type of poultry feed do you have available to you - chick starter, grower, all flock, layer feed, etc.?

For me, I don't have a "recipe". I use an All Flock type feed that is 20% protein. That is the main source of food for my gamefowl and layers alike. I also give a small amount of scratch most days or they occasionally get some fresh greens/veggies/fruit. Oyster shell is provided free choice for calcium and I DO provide Grit (crushed granite) free choice as well.

Hopefully others will chime in.

You are talking about Gamefowl chickens correct?
I don't know much about Pigeon food, but likely it does not have enough protein or the correct vitamins/minerals to support optimum growth of chickens.
Can you find chick starter in your local feed or pet store? I would feed that instead.
