I am still trying to figure out which is which. I have found pictures of adults for both groups, but not juveniles.

I could wait, but I need to separate the game boys before they mature. These pictures are all of pullets. They are currently 12 weeks old.

The first two pictures are the same bird. These are the best I'vebeen able to get so far.

The first looks right for a silver kraienkkoppe.

The second one has normal coloring for black breasted red kraienkoppe. The hens should be more of a cinnamon wheaten color like that, rather than the darker coloring for bbr old English games.

The third one's coloring seems off to me for a kraienkoppe. That's not to say it absolutely couldn't be one, or at least a cross breed using kraienkoppe.

Kraienkoppes should have bright yellow legs, not white, and should have small pea or cushion combs, never single combs.

This bread was created by crossing Malay game fowl with Leghorns. They are better layers than most game fowl as a result.
