Gapeworm in turkey poult

Hi, I have a turkey poult, approximately 3months, that I'm pretty sure has gapeworm. After a ridiculous time trying to buy dewormer I finally ordered some safe guard on line. Im not sure how to administer it. Do I give it to the affected bird directly? Do I need to treat all my birds? What is the prognosis for a smaller bird with this condition? I've never kept turkeys before. I've only got two and 3 hens. I've never had to worm my birds before either. Any advice is appreciated. The poult in question is eating and drinking normally but has been gasping for a couple of days. Today was the first day it was making the kind of squeaky noise. It also seems to not be putting on weight at the same rate as the other. It also seems to look a little "rough" if you know what I mean.

It's not gapeworm if the poult is eating and drinking.
