I noticed my golden laced wyandotte making this sound and stretching her neck at the same time, approximately 3 times a minute. It started this afternoon, her beak is slightly wet. Apologies for the grainy video, I am hoping it is diagnosable by the distinct sound. I am going to the vet first thing in the morning to see if there's anything they can advise over the counter but would appreciate any thoughts as I am worried it is going to spread through my new flock

Sounds like a sneeze. Any symptoms of mucous, facial swelling, watery/bubbly eyes, etc.
Is her crop emptying overnight?

It's good that you are seeing the vet, hopefully they will be able to access her to determine if she needs medications.
