Gapeworm ?

I have two lovely healthy looking buff orp hens. They have been raised in the house with some time outside to free range and just started laying eggs. I’m concerned because one seems to breathe with her beak open. Doesn’t really seem to be struggling, no gurgling or headshaking, no discharge, she does not seem to be in any distress and it’s not overly hot... is she just weird or could it be gapeworm?
