Adjusting crop or gapeworm?

I noticed one my pullets doing something like a gagging motion today. It was about 6 times in a one minute span. I stayed and watched her for a bit, then gapes three more times in 5 minutes. She's a young pullet--about 12 weeks. I've seen chickens do this in the past and have never worried about it, but I'm concerned about the frequency of it.

No other symptoms, she's eating normally, doesn't seem to be short of breath.

Could be adjusting the crop.

If the behavior is consistent and continues, get a video of her actions.
Upload to the BYC Gallery so we can see what she's doing.

Watch to make sure she's drinking well and eating her chick starter. Provide Grit (Crushed Granite) free choice.

You can also check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink to help more accurately gauge crop function.
