Garage Sales!!!!!!

In Austin, they have bi-annual "Large Trash Pickup Days". So everybody puts their "junk" out. In our neighborhood, we called it the "Neighborhood Swap Meet".

We went up and down, picking each others stuff out!

we have a flea market within a mile of us. Open every weekend, depending on the weather. Mid April through November.
Oh the fun things one can find! Great place to unload stuff as well

Just this past weekend we bought the boys a big trampoline at an auction for $50. They love it! I get alot of my antique furniture and pictures from auctions Cheap!!

I was in a garage sale last week, it was about 2 miles away on someone's property , they rented out spaces for $10. I sold about $100 worth of stuff...... and bought a trailer for $100, and various other things for another $25

So I didnt make any money that day.
But the trailer was a steal, I could sell it for a few hundred so I'm happy.... Going to do that one again in June and bring some chicks
