I harvested a bowl of sugar snap peas from my garden and put them in my fridge. I then got sick, so unfortunately, my peas have sat there for about 5 days. They are now limp.

Can I still rescue them for freezing? I was thinking about shelling them and saving the peas inside since the shells are so limp. Would this work? Or is there any way I can revive them?

Thanks for your help!!!!

Sorry I can't help.

I would guess the peas on the inside of the pods could still be good. Since they were not frozen or preserved right away they will be missing many of thier nutreints, but they will probably still taste good.
