Garlic in water?

I have read recently that garlic cloves in water is a good way to keep chickens healthy. Has anyone heard of this? Is it also safe for turkeys?

Yes, it is a great immune booster for birds. I do not have turkeys, so maybe a turkey folk will help out with that question.

Vanhee puts out a product called Van Garlic Juice, it works a lot better than just putting garlic in there water. It is meant for racing pigeon but works good on chickens also.
