Gasp at end of crow

Hi, I just got this rooster yesterday. And when he crows he makes a little gasp afterwards. Is Is this OK? My other rooster did not do this. I can seem to attach a video to this of it, not sure why. And yes, he has bad frostbite. Came that way.

Depending on the gasp it might either be a respiratory issue or normal. I have raised 11 roosters, nearly all did a gasp at the end.

My roo does it as well. It's gotten a little deeper sounding as he's gotten older.
