Last month DH dropped my computor when he was getting it out of the truck. So I called Gateway to see about having it repaired. They have a repair center about 2 hours from us so we drove up there and dropped it off. They will go thru your computor and repair every thing that is wrong for $199. They try to get it shipped back in 7 to 10 days. So I got mine back and it still had a small thing that needed to be fixed. Sent it back they called on day 9 and said they were having a hard time getting a part so they were sending me a NEW computor was that ok with me?
The old one was 2 years old the new one is so cool. It has intel core i5 2 hard drives with 500 GB each, Radeon Graphics,1.3 web cam the rest is greek to me but it is one the newest ones that Gateway has outright now. That was the best $199 I have spent in a while. Oh the part they were waiting on was the battery cover Thank you Gateway
