I have 6 young chickens, 4 buff orpingtons and 2 barred rocks. They are about 10 weeks old.
We're raising them for eggs and enjoyment. I know very little and have been learning day by day.
We're ready to move them into their coop but I think I have to sanitize it first. I'm a little nervous
about moving them out. I look forward to all the great tips I can get from this site. Thank you.

Hi there! You can find lots of information in the learning center, https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center. And also just by reading through all the posts on here!

Welcome.
Move them out. They need space and fresh air.
I don't know where you are but make sure they have excellent ventilation regardless of the weather.
A coops primary purpose is protection from predators, not warmth.
If chickens were in there before, disinfect it. If not, don't worry about it.
