Geese and muddy water

Hi all, I have 2 geese. I rescued a goose, and he was very clean and liked his water clean. When I got him a friend (who was supposed to be female but turns out he's not, but I digress...), this one grabs all the dirt he can and fills up the pool. Is there a way I can stop him? It doesn't seem fair to the goose who likes it clean. He loves a clean bath and he rarely goes in once the other mucks it all up. Thanks for any advice.

Hmm.Never heard of a clean goose. Thats just what most geese do they are messy creatures.Can you post a pictures of your setup?Placing hardware cloth around the pool would help it from becoming a muddy mess.
