Geese as watchdogs?

At least our Goose is doing well. At the moment he is knocking on the glass door for attention:D
Poor thing, he will need a friend, they do mourn their lost family members I’ve seen, loneliness can effect their physical health too, constant anxiety from being alone can weaken the immune system and prevent him from eating as much as he’s constantly obsessing on trying to find someone to be with.
He’s probably still recovering from his physical injuries, but he needs another goose friend to heal the psychological wounds.

Thank you yes, we are already looking for a friend for him

We realise that now so we are keeping him inside at night. He is still lonely, but we cannot find him a new friend yet, but we are looking. We are very aware of this as we two glass doors and he sees himself in it and thinks it is another goose. When we open the door he comes inside and start looking, it is so sad!
