Geese pics

Mine have been very sweet natured...two were bought as adults and three I raised from hatching...all have been mellow...I have heard many horror stories about nasty tempered geese but have never seen it personally...it is almost comical when I have company and they are totally scared of the geese...the geese look at the company and "talk" to them and the people almost hold their children over their heads, grab their junk protectively, or circle past without turning their backs on the honkers...I have always talked to the geese and they get in my face and talk back...it is a funny interchange...they ain't mean, they jus' talkin' I would love to have a bunch more of them..

I get a kick out of my geese. I can go in their house and start feeding them,the ducks and my rabbits and there will be a lot od chatter like they were all trying to tell me who did what. But, let my SO come in to get their waterer and my goodness, you need earplugs. They are hollering all over the place. I asked him what he did for the geese to carry on the way they do. He said 'Nothing"! Doesn't make sense to me, but I know when he's around if I get caught up in the feeding and talking to the geese while I'm there. I just smile and carry on.
