Geese pulling out their feathers!

My pet Geese Bruce and Gary seem to be pulling their feathers out. They tend to do their chests, and tail feathers and occasionally their backs, but they just recently pulled out their big flying feathers. I’m not sure why! Does anybody know what the cause might be? Also their feathers are splitting apart, which is also concerning… thanks!!! They are just a year old, and are both male (we think), and very healthy otherwise!
