Gender/Breed of Bird?

I got this beautiful bird from a batch of eggs that I ordered from My Pet Chicken, and I believe the egg was labeled "Super Chocolate Egg Layer," but I have no idea what breed or gender this bird is. It doesn't have much for curls on it's tail feathers yet, and there's too much going on with it's coloring for me to tell what it wants to be. I'm just not used to birds like this one and I'd be happy either way with it's sex. I just wanted to see what you guys thought.

You don't give an age, but I'll go pullet on this bird. I would guess a Marans/Legbar cross and an olive egg layer rather than chocolate. Someone else may have a better idea as to breed.

Sorry. Forgot to put age... I'd say it's roughly 3 months old.

I'm not around the bird right now, but I don't think it has 5 toes. I think I would've noticed it before, but I could be wrong.

Crossbred pullet, very likely has Marans in her.
