Gender & Breed?

Does anybody know what these girls(?) are? I'm assuming they are a bantam of some sort (Dorking Maybe) because they are tiny and they both have the 5 toes.

Mixed breed. The black bird shows silkie influence. do you know how old the back bird is? Are you positive she's a female?
