Hi! So I’m new to this whole chicken thing and I’m just trying to make sure they are pullets (I’m a little unsure about 2 of them)

They are approx 4-5 weeks old (so I know it’s a little early). 2 bantam frizzle Cochins and 2 supposedly Ameraucana.
In order:
Hay Hay
Ella
Nala
Amelia

The first frizzle has always had a more orange beak and comb compared to the other and started out a little slower to feather. It also has started to show a little bit of a wattle that sometimes looks a little red. And the black/white Ameraucana had a wider comb to begin with and was pink rather than yellow.

Just trying to mentally prepare myself and my daughters if we have to give any up

I'm assuming you live where roosters are prohibited? Is there any family or friends that could take the rooster/s? It breaks my heart when people have to give up their pets. :(

Yes we aren’t allowed to have roosters. It breaks my heart to have the possibility of giving one up. We do have some farms in the area so I know I can find someone to take one but I’m really hoping that’s not the case and they all turn out to be pullets

They're still young so there's hope. If it helps, I've had a few hens that had pretty red combs and wattles from an early age.

Fingers are crossed!!!
I’ve seen a few other posts where that was the case for people too, and ones that at 3 weeks the Roos has obvious redness and larger combs...all I can do is hope I guess!
