Gender help

This is my polish baby and I was wondering what you all think it is, a roo or hen. It is 8 1/2 weeks old.

I'm going with pullet. A cockerel should have more white in the crest.

I was thinking a roo but then I look at her again and think a hen. I sure hope she is a hen. I don't need another roo.
