What about this beauty? I thought it was a girl, as the other rooster from the same batch was very obvious early on and crowing? Now it’s looking more roosterlike. This one is about 16 weeks. Any idea on the breed?

Not sure on breed but it looks like a pullet ready to lay.

I have various ages between 7-16 weeks, what type of food do you recommend once she starts laying? Meaning should I continue with the grower food for everyone or start everyone on the layer food?

Grower feed, with oyster shells supplemented. Or All-Flock.
Saves time and energy, and its overall better for their health.
