Gender of PMI

I have two peachicks muticus imperator from June this year, what gender can they be? For now a photo of the wing of the first one, later I will insert the second one.

I don't know. I only keep pavo cristatus.
I'm going to guess a male because of the blue feathers. @KsKingBee should come soon. He is very experienced and is really helpful!

The only way you are going to know at this age is to have DNA testing done. The largest breeder of Green peafowl in the US tests every one of his chicks just for this reason.

Thank you for your answer. As far as I know, female green peacocks have stripes on the outermost feathers of their wings, and males do not, unfortunately this one here has stripes on all feathers.

You should try to not step on other peoples threads, start a new one instead. If either one of them is Opal it would have to be the one on the right.
