I think pullets and I'll tell you why. I had 3 out of 4 of our bantam EEs turn out to be roos. The baby roos had red combs by three weeks and they were raised, red combs by 8 weeks. Also, the tail feathers on the roos were pointy and looked raggedy, the remaining hen also had a slightly reddish comb by 5 or 6 weeks but it didn't raise up and her tail feathers formed a nice fan shape, not scraggly like the males.
Your little pullet has nice rounded tail feather. I think pullets unless you thing the camera angle is playing tricks. Congratulations.
