They are Brahma mixes.

The colorful bird is definitely a pullet.
The other 18 week old bird is very likely a pullet, too.
The 13 week old one is probably a pullet, too, but keep an eye on it.

Oh, sorry, I misread. You have two birds. The colorful one is absolutely a pullet. I think the mostly white one is too, but keep an eye on it.
