Okay in the top pic here are two of my Wheaten Marans. I think they are both roo's because see the wheaten in the 2nd pic. I think that's a hen so I figured teh darker ones were Roo's... but the one in the front doesn't have roo looking wattles. Also the one in the front has feathers on his legs but the one in the back doesn't. I thought Maran's had Feathered Legs... can it miss sometimes?

You think the blue one in the back is a hen?

Cuckoo Maran Roo? See I read that you could nearly just sex the Cuckoo Maran's by color because the roo's look about like a barred rock in color where the hens were nearly black with not alot of white in their barring... If that's the case I may have only one Cuckoo hen.

My Ameraucana... got to be a Roo right? I read about how Ameraucana's were so hardy... idk if I just got week stock or what but I bought the Maran's (Blue, Cuckoo and Wheaten) at the same time as I bought my Ameraucana's. This is the only Ameraucana that lived. I didn't lose a single Maran but lost all my Ameraucanas but this one.

Thanks guys. I'm afraid I'm a bit roo heavy. :( Guess we'll be having lots of fried chicken. lol
