Hey, at what age would you be able to start to tell if a duckling is male or female?
I have a muscovy duckling its mum wouldnt take, 2 weeks old. And if it turns out to be male can 2 males live together or no?

Awe so cute! I am thinking off the top of my head and can't really remember actual dates but I think around 12-14 week old you might be able to tell the difference in their quack. Hens quack and drakes have a raspy voice. I actually thought my duck was losing his voice when I found out I had a drake. Sometime around the 18 week mark my drake got his curled tail feather, I think. I have a male and female so I can't say for certain but I think you can have two drakes but they would be a lot happier with some lady friends.

If you have other Ducks...Put the Duckling outside daily in a look no touch pen so it and the other Ducks can get used to each other..Once the Duckling gets bigger try introducing them...Then you won't need another Duckling..
