I was going to come out this weekend, but something came up. I will definitely try to make it out there next time. Trying to figure out what I will add on next. I want to get some chickens, but concerned about the noise (I live in the city right now). I am hoping to move out of town in the next year.

depends on your nieghbours as to wether you should get chickens,if you stay with hens only you should be fine

If I did get chickens, all I would get for now would be the hens. I don't see me being very popular in the neighborhood with a rooster.
