You don't need a webiste -- you can usually do it on most computers with Windows Paint (and similar) programs.

I don't use a website, nor Windows Paint. I use one of the best Photo Shops- Adobe Photo Shop CS4. It is a very expensive (and professional) program. I have it because of my Dad. He is a photographer. He takes really nice pictures and then edits them to look even nicer.

Sorry, I'll get to the editing as soon as I can. We got a virus on the computer that I have Photo Shop on and my Dad needs to finish fixing it.
