Hey folks
Our 25 12 weeks old pullets have been in their 8x8x8 coop for 6 weeks now. I completed the attached Run 16x25 and made a pop hole with a ramp up to it. I placed a log inside they can hop on to go out the door. they wont go outside its been three days i open the door in the am and close it at dusk but noone is going outside. I put 5 outside and they came back in pretty quick. is this normal behavior?

Fairly normal behavior. Eventually some will get brave and curious and then the others will learn from them. You can speed it up some by continuing to put them outside and feeding them something in the run. I'd suggest having water out there also. They are very comfortable in the coop and don't like new things but they are curious.
